Our exclusive 2 year full warranty:
LHT will warranty all residential REPAIR work for a period of 2 years – commercial work is for 1 year. Labor warranty on new installations will be either 1 or 3 years depending on equipment purchased! No warranty work will be rendered for any customer with a past due account. LHT shall not be liable for any repairs necessitated by fire, flood, or other acts of God; damage by negligence or misuse by others, faulty system design; improper operation; malicious mischief or vandalism.
