Spring Maintenance Is Just Around The Corner
After two ice storms and lots of cold weather, it is refreshing to know that Spring is just around the corner. We will be calling soon to schedule your Spring Precision Tune-up Maintenance. If you haven’t sent your renewal in yet, there is still time to get it to us.
For those who aren’t sure exactly what is involved in your precision tune-up, here is a list of what we check:

- Drain pans and traps
- Wire connections
- Fan relay, motor mounts and blades
- Defrost board and sensors
- Air filters and heat strips
- Natural gas pressure (if applicable)
- Blower wheel and assembly
- Thermostat
- Subcool, superheat and Delta temperature
- Compressor and blower amps and volts
- Contactors and crankcase heaters
- Removal of debris
- Ductwork
- Overloads and safety switches
