LHT Cooling and Heating started in January of 2004. It was the merging of Cornett Cooling and Heating Inc. with LHT Mechanical Inc. The owner, Joe Cornett, has a lifelong passion for the air conditioning and heating industry. LHT, a Myrtle Beach HVAC company, was formed!
He started his career in Maryland with the hopes of owning his own company. After his move to Myrtle Beach, that dream became a reality. The many things he learned along the way have helped to shape the integrity of the business.
LHT Cooling and Heating is still growing, each year increasing our staff with the best and most reliable technicians in the area. We have found that a satisfied customer is a life-long customer and our best source for new customers. Currently, our current customers’ referrals amount to a large percentage of our new customers.
We service both residential and commercial customers with their cooling and heating needs. We also service commercial refrigeration customers with their walk-in coolers, freezers and ice machines.
Our techs are friendly, efficient and thoroughly knowledgeable in their field. They attend training classes regularly to stay current with new trends and technologies. They are familiar with all brands of equipment including: Carrier, Trane, Amana, Goodman, etc. We have our own sheet metal shop on site to take care of any custom ductwork that you may need.
We are licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina. We service the areas Calabash & Carolina Shores in North Carolina along with Little River, Longs, Loris, Briarcliff Acres, North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, and Conway all in South Carolina.
