An installation tech will do a thorough analysis and load calculation, using ACCA calculation procedures, to design a system that will provide correct airflow and comfort.

LHT Cooling and Heating installs a variety of major brand equipment including heat pumps, air handlers, straight a/c units, package units, gas furnaces and more. We offer complete removal and replacement of your equipment with a firm agreed upon in advance price.

New system prices include all equipment, parts, labor, taxes and permits. Also included with every new system:

1. Removal and recycling of old equipment
2. Recovery and recycling of old refrigerant
3. Flushing of refrigerant lines with alcohol flush to remove contaminants
4. New concrete pad under outdoor unit to increase stability and decrease wear and tear
5. New properly fitted emergency drain pan on indoor unit to ensure no damages occur with condensation
6. Stryrofoam blocks under indoor unit for stability and decreased noise
7. New return air box to ensure proper airflow and no duct leakage
8. Custom made supply air transition to ensure new unit fits with existing ductwork
9. (2) new electrical disconnects to be used to shut off system for servicing or emergencies
10. Heat pump legs for outdoor unit – raises unit to increase air flow and allow for drainage
11. (2) emergency condensate float switches – one on main drain pan – one on emergency drain pan
12. New filter dryer for refrigerant
13. Pipe insulation, electrical whips, sight glass
14. Seal ductwork
15. Strap lineset and flex lines to code
16. Wax outdoor unit
17. New serviceable condensate trap
18. Flush drain line with water hose
