We here at LHT Cooling and Heating abide by a strict code of ethics that we stand by every time our truck leaves the main office in North Myrtle Beach.

Time – We value our customer’s time as much as our own – we will always give a 2 hour window of when we will arrive, and in most instances we will be there the same day you call.

Integrity – We are honest and truthful in all our dealings with customers. We keep our promises.

Respect – We adhere to all governing laws, regulations and ordinances that pertain to the HVAC industry as prescribed by federal, state, municipal and county governments. We practice proper financial and accounting procedures in accordance with all laws governing a privately held business. We treat our customers, fellow employees and other industry professionals with the utmost respect. We take great care when working in our customer’s homes.
