Since Week 1 (2012) had issues rooms being to warm in summer or to cold in winter, was told by Pulte its within specs 5 degree difference…Well Lennox had “A” coil issues leaking, and gave everyone a 10 year warranty on the coil.. Great RIGHT … NO Wrong because it cost between $1800. to $2000 in labor to replace. I called 2 company’s to check out the system 1 company spent about 15 mins looking over what we had, gave a 30 min speech on his company and said it would take about 4 to 5 hours to replace the unit, gave me a price and stated everything else was good, well I already knew it was not True… I called LHT Cooling & Heating, Joe the Owner took 1.5 hrs. looking at the system and duct work, showed me the issues, explained what was going on asked it he could get back to me later that day with a firm price and a new design to get better air flow. Not only did Joe get back as promised he gave me 3 different units to choose from along with other options that would make the system better and to save more money on the energy bill, Joe was not pushy at all explained the options Yes the price was higher, because had to change some duct work, dampers, T-stats, made a new zone to help with more air flow. After going over the options we picked what we wanted to do, Joe stated that the work would take about 5 days to complete, I will bring you some window AC unit later today about 4pm I can get started on Tues of next week. Joe was at my house before 4PM with the units asked if I wanted to put them in for me, then called me and stated I will start on Monday he was able to move things around to get his men there 1 day sooner, without messing up other customers, Joe showed with is crew at 10:00 as he said he would, went over the whole plan with me and his men so everyone knew what was going to take place. Barbara office manger called the night before to check to make sure it was okay for Terry, Micky, Craig to show up between 7:00 am and 7:15 am they will work to 5 PM. Everyday them cleaned up, vacuum the carpet, and explained what they did that day, showed me the work explained how it works. Well Friday the 5th day they wrapped up we hear the air coming out of the vents, when the unit 1st kicks on then it slows down, all rooms are the temperature, we can get the whole house down to 68 degrees, not like to old unit had to do 1 floor at a time. What a Great Job, Crew, I can’t say enough good things about this company.
